ORDINARY ENTRANCE TICKET

The ordinary ticket contains data on the station of entry, the day, time and class of entry on a magnetic stripThese data are necessary for correct execution of the toll payment transaction at the exit station.

To this end, the customer is asked to take a few minimum precautions to avoid loss or damage to the ticket during the journey, i.e. by putting it in a safe place, not folding it or exposing it to heat or magnetic sources.

Non-payment of the toll or failure to show the ticket will incur the penalties set out by the Italian Highway Code (Art. 176).

 

PRE-MAGNETISED TICKET

In the event that the issuing machine does not function properly, an adequate supply of pre-magnetised tickets is stored at each station, and handed over to the customer directly by toll collection staff.

The entrance ticket must be handed over at the exit directly to the collector at the manual gate or inserted into the appropriate slot in the case of a self-service gate. The amount to be paid can be checked on the screen.

TRANSIT CERTIFICATE

A TRANSIT CERTIFICATE is issued on exit in the dedicated automatic or cash lanes by pressing the appropriate button.

The transit certificate issued at the self-service gate is not valid for tax purposes. Invoicing of tolls paid in cash or with bank cards must be requested from the Company’s office or Customer Relations Centre, by filling in a specific form accompanied by the original toll receipts. Forms can be obtained from the Company’s registered office, at the Service Centre, or downloaded from the website.

TOLL NON-PAYMENT REPORT

The toll must be paid within 15 days of the date of transit using one of the following methods:

  • credit card, PayPal or Satispay by online payment
  • Directly at the Autostrada dei Fiori S.p.A. Service Centre
  • Lane with manual collection at Autostrada dei Fiori S.p.A. stations
  • Payment of the amount to the postal current account in the name of Autostrada dei Fiori S.p.A.:
    current account no. 1016582288 for stations of the A6 stretch
  • Bank transfer in the name of Autostrada dei Fiori S.p.A., at:
    Intesa San Paolo Piazza San Carlo,156 – 10121 Turin, IBAN IT90C0306901000100000004305 SWIFT BCITITMM for A6 stretch

(*) Specifying in the payment reference the number plate of the vehicle and the number of the non-payment indicated on the front of the transit certificate.

In the event of non-payment of the aforementioned amounts, the relevant documents may be forwarded to the Traffic Police Section’s Minutes Office, for consequent notification of administrative sanctions pursuant to Art. 176/para. 11 and 21, Highway Code, for ascertained breach of the obligation to pay the motorway toll (which provides for the payment of a penalty between € 87.00 to € 345.00, and the loss of 2 points from the actual offender’s driving licence).

If the toll is not paid, a reminder letter will be issued and the amount due will be increased by assessment and delivery charges (excluding cases of Viacard/iso card reading failure).
