In the event of accidents or emergencies, the user can call the Concessionary Company’s Operations Centre, using the SOS service present along the route, or by dialling +39 011 6650311, which, depending on the need, will request the intervention of the Traffic Police and Traffic Auxiliaries, and also of the other institutional bodies in charge: Fire brigade, health emergency service, ARPA for alleged environmental pollution cases, ASL if perishable goods are involved, the veterinary service if animals are involved, the Guardia di Finanza, in the case of goods subject to customs procedures.

The Concessionary Company ensures round-the-clock availability of a specialised company, in case prompt environmental remediation is required.
